Make-up artist Yoong Swen Moon is Miss Jumbo Queen 2011


Make-up artist and TV commercial agent Yoong Swen Moon, 21 and weighing 94 kg was crowned Miss Jumbo Queen 2011 at the grand final held at Sungei Wang Plaza on Tuesday 1st November 2011.

Yoong from Cheras Kuala Lumpur beat off nine other contestants to win the title crown, cash prize of RM5,000, trophy, sash and shopping vouchers worth RM2,000

The competition was open to all female Malaysians with a minimum weight of 80kg.

The ten finalists paraded on stage wearing sports wear and evening wear and showed off their talent in singing and dance performance to the cheer of the packed crowd.

“Jumbo Queen 2011 provides a platform for large-size women to express their individuality, and be in the limelight and battle it on equal ground for the crown. The competition also boosts their confidence and enhances their great personality,” said event organiser Sungei Wang Plaza senior manager of promotions and public relations, K. K. Lim.
